Lucílio Figueiras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Ticho having to interfere. Basilio Ticho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fredy Montero went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Renato Vargas was a little too slow when Patricio Donio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-1. Renato Vargas came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Patricio Donio. But to his dismay, Patricio Donio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ruperto Gorka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Renato Vargas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Lucílio Figueiras notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Basilio Ticho. Basilio Ticho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Gorka got free with Renato Vargas in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sporting Clube de Gaya's Lucílio Figueiras got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Lucílio Figueiras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Renato Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Kauldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patricio Donio was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Roque Kauldi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Renato Vargas was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eloy Hats during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sporting Clube de Gaya reached it. Lucílio Figueiras in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Basilio Ticho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 79 minutes into the game, Tigres Ñacuñán FC's Laureano Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Renato Vargas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Renato Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Donio, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Patricio Donio made a precise shot to the right of Renato Vargas. Sporting Clube de Gaya's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. In the 87th minute, Ruperto Gorka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tigres Ñacuñán FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. After a rather tough play, Sporting Clube de Gaya's Lucílio Figueiras got a free kick in the 90th minute. Tigres Ñacuñán FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
