When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Teofil Zjawin put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Edgar Rzeszutko. In the 26th minute of the match, Sydney Quirino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edgar Rzeszutko was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee ignored CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s protests and gave Adriano de Brito a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC Catalonia booed when CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriano de Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Stefan Fikus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 48 minutes of play, FC Catalonia's Gilbert Betonowy made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emerson Leão was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sydney Quirino made a kick off. FC Catalonia's Edgar Rzeszutko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sydney Quirino in the 56th minute of play. Gilbert Kostrzewski thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Edgar Rzeszutko, a very annoying self made goal in the 57th minute which led to 4-1. A collision led to CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sydney Quirino hit a great ball. If Gilbert Betonowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th match minute, CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Zjawin to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Teofil Zjawin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Rzeszutko. FC Catalonia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teofil Zjawin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Edgar Rzeszutko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sydney Quirino in the 77th minute of play. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Osvaldo Shantala sped through FC Catalonia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgar Rzeszutko. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️ made a substitution. Valdemar Messias replaced Sydney Quirino. CANIL VON ZAATARI™️'s Valdemar Messias got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emerson Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Piczak in the 83rd minute of the match. Edgar Rzeszutko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Shantala in the 89th minute of play forced FC Catalonia's goalkeeper Edgar Rzeszutko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Catalonia getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Czeslaw Piczak hit a great ball. Edgar Rzeszutko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdemar Messias in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, FC Catalonia's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Shantala came free, but Edgar Rzeszutko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
