Halit Ziya Samil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Ludwig Engman made a huge save. 12 minutes into the game, TOKATSPOR's Halit Ziya Samil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ludwig Engman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Hockeysnubbarnas BK booed when TOKATSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özen Samih didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kürşat Ozansu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingmar Myr in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl Petersson in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kürşat Ozansu saved TOKATSPOR from getting behind. When Dag Bagge came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Hockeysnubbarnas BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dag Bagge couldn't finish the play. In the 25th match minute, Hockeysnubbarnas BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Bagge to maneuver through the defense. Halit Ziya Samil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ludwig Engman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ludwig Engman was a little too slow when Ahmet Koralp Özerkin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 2-1. The supporters of Hockeysnubbarnas BK booed when TOKATSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökhun Tuğtekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in TOKATSPOR's zone, Hokky Stick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kürşat Ozansu came out of the goal and Hokky Stick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Erdem Keskiner in the 42nd minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Ludwig Engman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Hokky Mur. Ludwig Engman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Erdem Keskiner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Björn Lövskog made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes, TOKATSPOR's Gökhun Tuğtekin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ludwig Engman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TOKATSPOR reached it. Ahmet Koralp Özerkin took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludwig Engman. Ludwig Engman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 63 played minutes Hockeysnubbarnas BK got a freekick which was hit by Dan Lindström. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furkan Kutsalan in the 64th minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Ludwig Engman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Özen Samih hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Hockeysnubbarnas BK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Hokky Mur hit a great ball. Ludwig Engman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Halit Ziya Samil in the 72nd minute of play. Ahmet Koralp Özerkin took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludwig Engman. Ludwig Engman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 79th minute, Ahmet Koralp Özerkin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludwig Engman was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Ahmet Koralp Özerkin scored 6-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ludwig Engman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Özen Samih ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludwig Engman was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Hokky Stick could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Kürşat Ozansu made a huge save. Hockeysnubbarnas BK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
