Peedu Kravik was slow to take the kick. During this time Vormsi Vald's players had a chance to rest. Peedu Kravik made a great header on Vormsi Vald's corner, it was just that Ibirama Futebol Clube's Froilan Dolcet managed to reach the ball for a save. If Teodoro Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajar Heinloo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Dolcet having to interfere. Reino Annama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oséias Severo in the 14th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Ibirama Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurinho de Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Vormsi Vald's goalkeeper Reino Annama had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agostinho Cabral. Kajar Heinloo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Froilan Dolcet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Teodoro Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Reino Annama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Froilan Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kajar Heinloo in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalmer Laanemaa in the 48th minute of play forced Ibirama Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Froilan Dolcet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kajar Heinloo made a kick off. Reino Annama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio Geniatulin in the 51st minute of play. A hard shot 65 in the game by Kajar Heinloo from a close distance when the talented Froilan Dolcet managed to make a qualified save. Ibirama Futebol Clube's players were relieved. Reino Annama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Cabral in the 66th minute of play. Reino Annama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Túlio Geniatulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kajar Heinloo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Ibirama Futebol Clube defense, Deivid Soll kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froilan Dolcet. The Ibirama Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froilan Dolcet should have stopped the shot. In the 96th minute, Peedu Kravik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute Joaquim Félix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reino Annama saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vormsi Vald's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
