La Fusiion's Edwardo Giribet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai Brüggemann in the 7th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Momentum FC's Kai Brüggemann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwardo Giribet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Ismael Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. La Fusiion's Edwardo Giribet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Furlan in the 10th minute of play. Edwardo Giribet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Furlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwardo Giribet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Furlan went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Edwardo Giribet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Furlan in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edwardo Giribet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Ismael Furlan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwardo Giribet. La Fusiion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Furlan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Ismael Furlan scored 0-4 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edwardo Giribet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tito Insausti kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Momentum FC's Benedicto Eladio got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Ismael Furlan notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of La Fusiion's Edwardo Giribet. Edwardo Giribet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the match, Ismael Furlan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwardo Giribet. La Fusiion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Furlan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Edwardo Giribet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After the first half Momentum FC were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donato Soliz to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, La Fusiion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Truylos Zuazna to maneuver through the defense. Edwardo Giribet came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan. But to his dismay, Ismael Furlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After a rather tough play, La Fusiion's Senin Cemborain got a free kick in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Furlan in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwardo Giribet saved La Fusiion from getting behind. In the 66th minute, Ismael Furlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67thth minute of the game Donato Soliz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Momentum FC's Tor Echegoyen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hugo Matanza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Tor Echegoyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Furlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edwardo Giribet having to make a save. Edwardo Giribet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Furlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwardo Giribet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Lico Angulo charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lico Angulo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Lico Angulo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edwardo Giribet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ismael Furlan went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Eliseo Martxel kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Soliz in the 84th minute of play forced Momentum FC's goalkeeper Tor Echegoyen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwardo Giribet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 86 played minutes La Fusiion got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Querijazu. After some careless play in the La Fusiion defense, Ismael Furlan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwardo Giribet. The La Fusiion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwardo Giribet should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in La Fusiion's zone, Ismael Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwardo Giribet came out of the goal and Ismael Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th minute Ismael Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwardo Giribet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Momentum FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
