Gustavo Brasil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sirius Dog. Gustavo Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Castulo in the 24th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Belotaurus FC's Aloísio Vianna got a free kick in the 25th minute. Gustavo Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Castulo in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Sirius Dog booed when Belotaurus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Eguerdi in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeronimo Berart kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Belotaurus FC defense, Ermegildo Terciero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Brasil. The Belotaurus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Brasil should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the game, Sirius Dog's Tomás Castulo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Brasil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 46 minutes into the game, Flávio de Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belotaurus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sirius Dog the free kick. The Belotaurus FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sirius Dog were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Alvaro Eguerdi made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Terciero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gustavo Brasil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Belotaurus FC's Gustavo Brasil got control of the ball when Ermegildo Terciero tried to sneak it across the goal line. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sirius Dog would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
