October 04's Narciso Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Oliverio in the 56th minute of play. Benedito Freire hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Waldemar de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mo Chen Yang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The coaching staff of Grêmio Santo André protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lauro Vaz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.
