Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Marcelo Goito started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 9th minute Gonzalo Ostargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. New Pi's Maximo Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Olo in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Marcelo Goito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Pi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 22 played minutes New Pi got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Artizar. 25 minutes into the match, New Pi's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Olo came free, but Maximo Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Goito's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Abel Lapurdi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 37 played minutes New Pi got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Osorio. Sebastian Bartoleme took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximo Godoy. Maximo Godoy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in New Pi's zone, Jonathan Olo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Godoy came out of the goal and Jonathan Olo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Ostargi in the 45th minute of play forced New Pi's goalkeeper Maximo Godoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzalo Ostargi was the one to do the kick off. If Marcelo Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. New Pi's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Goito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Lapurdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The New Pi fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when New Pi's Marcelo Goito looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Garchofila FC's Abel Lapurdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Osorio in the 72nd minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Jorge Osorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garchofila FC's goalkeeper Abel Lapurdi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abel Lapurdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Goito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Goito in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Lapurdi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Goito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Lapurdi was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Leandro Tibalt hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Garchofila FC's Amadeo Thomas was substituted for Gonzalo Ostargi. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Marcelo Goito managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Pi's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Goito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Lapurdi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
