Machu Picchu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL CORTO FC the free kick. The supporters of EL CORTO FC booed when Machu Picchu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fahrettin Behzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Aznaro in the 13th minute of play forced Machu Picchu's goalkeeper Halil Can Keramettin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Anıl Rical's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fausto Abadia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Halil Can Keramettin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Aznaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Anıl Rical fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Abadia having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, EL CORTO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Sein to maneuver through the defense. Halil Can Keramettin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roman Aznaro went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When Teobaldo Lamberto fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EL CORTO FC's protests and gave Teobaldo Lamberto a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 played minutes EL CORTO FC got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Lamberto. The Machu Picchu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. EL CORTO FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehmet Anıl Rical to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Machu Picchu's Zekai İpekçi got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Halil Can Keramettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Calvet in the 55th minute of the match. Dante Calvet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Halil Can Keramettin came out and tried to block the shot, but Dante Calvet slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dante Calvet in the 63rd minute of play forced Machu Picchu's goalkeeper Halil Can Keramettin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EL CORTO FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
