When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Pedro Luís Gomes put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeusz Rakowicz. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Tadeusz Rakowicz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 96 minutes into the game, Bastioes EC's Adalberto Félix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tadeusz Rakowicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3.
