After 36 minutes of play, Fulham Broadway FC's Kurt Wallengren made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Quinito was left in no man's land by his defense there! 46 minutes into the match, Globalización's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Wallengren came free, but Cristian Quinito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Globalización's players were relieved. 64 minutes into the match, Fulham Broadway FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Errolan came free, but Valdemar Anselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Lázaro Errolan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Globalización fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ismael Oliviero charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Oliviero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th minute, Fulham Broadway FC's Hjalmar Ahlqvist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristian Quinito. Cristian Quinito yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Fulham Broadway FC's zone, Lázaro Errolan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdemar Anselius came out of the goal and Lázaro Errolan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After recieving a nice pass, Globalización's Virgilio Lopez tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Kurt Wallengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Virgilio Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edward Nyqvist struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Cristian Quinito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fulham Broadway FC. Kurt Wallengren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Cristian Quinito made a huge save. The Globalización fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Fulham Broadway FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
