The supporters of Fulham Broadway FC booed when Gothic Souls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bulut Arıkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Fulham Broadway FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Figo came free, but Valdemar Anselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdemar Anselius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luis Figo went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Valdemar Anselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Figo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Luis Figo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gothic Souls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After 28 minutes, Luis Figo made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Fulham Broadway FC's Valdemar Anselius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdemar Anselius came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Gothic Souls's Luis Figo. But to his dismay, Luis Figo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. In the 33rd minute, Luis Figo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gothic Souls fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. In the 38th minute, Luis Figo made a precise shot to the right of Valdemar Anselius. Fulham Broadway FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. 41 minutes into the match, Fulham Broadway FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Ozan Gökdoğan came free, but Valdemar Anselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Gothic Souls's Luis Figo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdemar Anselius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. After the first half Gothic Souls were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hjalmar Ahlqvist made a kick off. Valdemar Anselius made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Luis Figo sent off a good shot on target. Luis Figo scored 0-11 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdemar Anselius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valdemar Anselius came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Gothic Souls's Xabi Alonso. But to his dismay, Xabi Alonso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. Luis Figo might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdemar Anselius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luis Figo ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Fulham Broadway FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Ozan Gökdoğan came free, but Valdemar Anselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ingvar Ek kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Luis Figo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Valdemar Anselius made a huge save. In the 72ndth minute of the game Arif Ozan Gökdoğan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fulham Broadway FC's Valdemar Anselius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdemar Anselius was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Luis Figo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luis Figo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. But to his dismay, Luis Figo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-17. Gothic Souls's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
