Martin Hedlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafael Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Olofsson in the 18th minute of the match. Göran Olofsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Gilesindo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Göran Olofsson ran back to his position shaking his head. After 21 minutes of play, FC Snipers's Lennart Svensson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Gilesindo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Martin Hedlund was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 25 minutes had been played. Emanuel Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Lizbeth in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Locura Académica booed when FC Snipers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Vedholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, FC Snipers's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Lizbeth came free, but Emanuel Brandin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes FC Snipers got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Johansson. After 35 played minutes Locura Académica got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Guillelmus. Pascual Paio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Locura Académica's Hector Tajo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hector Tajo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Locura Académica protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hector Tajo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Locura Académica fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! Göran Olofsson shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lennart Svensson was the one to do the kick off. When Genaro Lizbeth came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Locura Académica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genaro Lizbeth couldn't finish the play. Ingvar Vedholm charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Vedholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hugo Eli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Gilesindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lennart Svensson in the 62nd minute. Locura Académica's Rafael Gilesindo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Locura Académica from getting a goal against them. When Guillermo Joey fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Locura Académica's protests and gave Guillermo Joey a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 73 minutes, Ingvar Vedholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Snipers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ingvar Vedholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Hugo Eli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Locura Académica's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Eli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Brandin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the game, Genaro Lizbeth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Locura Académica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Snipers the free kick. A collision led to Locura Académica getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Genaro Lizbeth hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Guillermo Joey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Genaro Lizbeth struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Emanuel Brandin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Locura Académica. 95 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's goalkeeper Rafael Gilesindo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Svensson. Emanuel Brandin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Lizbeth in the 97th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Snipers walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
