In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Olimpia's goalkeeper Dalmacio Caldueño, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Fernando Cardozo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fu Zhen Jun, 0-3. The Pincha FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Olimpia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
