John Gallin in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. A collision led to FC Rägi getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Juanito Beaudry hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Valentiano Andermatt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Geiger in the 31st minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Jorge Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Juninho Eger fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's protests and gave Juninho Eger a yellow card for diving instead. Juninho Eger hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Rafinha Custódio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafinha Custódio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafinha Custódio scored 2-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jochen Baggenstoss, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the match, FC Rägi's goalkeeper Jochen Baggenstoss had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafinha Custódio. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

FC Rägi's Giraldo Amhof was substituted for Rudi Nietlisbach. The wind increased when Rafinha Custódio made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Rafinha Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jochen Baggenstoss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giraldo Amhof, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Favian Kampus in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's John Gallin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter Montechiaro in the 62nd minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Jorge Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Pieter Montechiaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pieter Montechiaro got free with Jorge Furtado in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Furtado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pieter Montechiaro in the 78th minute. Jorge Furtado didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. 83 minutes into the match, Pieter Montechiaro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Furtado, 2-2.
