The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Stoke FF booed when BEŞİKTAŞK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergios Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Måns Fanström was a little too slow when Bulut İrgun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 13th match minute, Stoke FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torsten Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. Alkan İldeniz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Måns Fanström made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asrın Yaygır in the 16th minute of play forced Stoke FF's goalkeeper Måns Fanström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergios Ramos during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sergios Ramos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egon Nyqvist in the 18th minute of play forced BEŞİKTAŞK's goalkeeper Mehmet Ali Tongal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinç Türk struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Måns Fanström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BEŞİKTAŞK. After 25 played minutes Bulut İrgun rounded Stoke FF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Karl Julin struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Mehmet Ali Tongal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stoke FF. In the 34th minute, Alkan İldeniz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Måns Fanström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 39th minute, BEŞİKTAŞK's Bulut İrgun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Måns Fanström. Måns Fanström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Asrın Yaygır took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Måns Fanström to make any attempt to save it. Bulut İrgun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl Julin was the one to do the kick off. After 50 minutes, Asaf Mete mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BEŞİKTAŞK and the Stoke FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehmet Ali Tongal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egon Nyqvist in the 52nd minute of play. After 59 minutes Stoke FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dinç Türk who took care of the corner kick. BEŞİKTAŞK's Dinç Türk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Måns Fanström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mehmet Ali Tongal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egon Nyqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Per-Arne Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 63 played minutes, BEŞİKTAŞK's Dinç Türk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Måns Fanström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BEŞİKTAŞK reached it. Asaf Mete blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Måns Fanström having to make a save. In the 68thth minute of the game Bulut İrgun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stoke FF's Måns Fanström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Egon Nyqvist dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mehmet Ali Tongal, 5-1. Mehmet Ali Tongal was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Robin Helander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Robin Helander really showed his touch with that goal: 5-2. After 75 minutes, Robin Helander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stoke FF and the BEŞİKTAŞK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robin Helander kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Mehmet Ali Tongal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl Julin in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Pontus Forssberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Måns Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkan İldeniz in the 82nd minute of the match. Gustaf Mikaelsson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Bulut İrgun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Fanström having to interfere. Egon Nyqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Mehmet Ali Tongal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 minutes, Karl Julin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stoke FF and the BEŞİKTAŞK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Karl Julin hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BEŞİKTAŞK fully deserved thier win.
