The Lealtad Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Cuaron should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Gilberto Jakobe could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Vachon Sánchez however easily saved by the left post. In the 36th minute William Raynard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Cuaron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edson Álvarez kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Lealtad Futbol Club's Toro Martínez was substituted for Gilberto Jakobe. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when William Raynard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Toro Martínez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lealtad Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Lealtad Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toro Martínez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Penalty! 1-3 came through a penalty shot after 96 played minutes, when Lunar Park:s William Raynard calmly waited for Lealtad Futbol Club:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbasa Almenara in the 100th minute of play forced Lunar Park's goalkeeper Vachon Sánchez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lunar Park walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
