With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugen Zoch in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Segundo Herrera saved Gladiadores Legionarios from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslav Šramko in the 10th minute of play forced Gladiadores Legionarios's goalkeeper Segundo Herrera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gladiadores Legionarios's Basilio Pepillo in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Feyenoord Malinovo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute Eugen Zoch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Herrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Eugen Zoch got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Segundo Herrera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After taking down the ball on Feyenoord Malinovo's corner Eugen Zoch fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Segundo Herrera quite easily take care of the ball. Viliam Kaprálik hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Gladiadores Legionarios's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Zoch came free, but Segundo Herrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugen Zoch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Feyenoord Malinovo's Eugen Zoch in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gladiadores Legionarios's goalie prevented a goal. In the 34th minute, Freddy Alvarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 35 minutes, Miroslav Šramko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Feyenoord Malinovo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miroslav Šramko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Eugen Zoch sped through Gladiadores Legionarios's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Segundo Herrera. In the 45th minute Basilio Pepillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juraj Fetis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Feyenoord Malinovo! Segundo Herrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslav Šramko in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miroslav Šramko to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Miroslav Šramko sped through Gladiadores Legionarios's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Segundo Herrera. The audience was convinced that Viliam Kaprálik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Segundo Herrera was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The supporters of Gladiadores Legionarios booed when Feyenoord Malinovo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viliam Kaprálik didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Miroslav Šramko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 75th minute Basilio Pepillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juraj Fetis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 76 minutes, Miroslav Šramko made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Gladiadores Legionarios's Segundo Herrera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Feyenoord Malinovo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
