After 11 played minutes FC Saxon got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Bubczyk. 12 minutes into the match, Atlético Capixaba's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Siekierka came free, but Charles de Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles de Brito was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Tadeusz Siekierka capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tadeusz Siekierka really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 18th minute Otto Fesik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Lech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Siekierka in the 19th minute of play forced Atlético Capixaba's goalkeeper Charles de Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles de Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute Antoni Bubczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charles de Brito made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Tadeusz Siekierka sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Otto Fesik in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Lech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38thth minute of the game Otto Fesik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Saxon's Gustaw Lech was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Otto Fesik put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gustaw Lech. FC Saxon made a substitution. Fabian Mazierski replaced Antoni Bubczyk. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Otto Fesik in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustaw Lech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Otto Fesik in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaw Lech saved FC Saxon from getting behind. After the first half Atlético Capixaba were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Maurinho Penha took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Gustaw Lech to make any attempt to save it. Gustaw Lech made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Cauan Botelho sent off a good shot on target. Atlético Capixaba made a substitution. Peder Ferro replaced Adam Curteanu. FC Saxon made a substitution. Szczepan Niemoj replaced Gilbert Dziuma. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otto Fesik in the 67th minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Gustaw Lech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Saxon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. Charles de Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sylwester Bejrut, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC Saxon lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
