In the 3rd minute, Gabi Gol made a precise shot to the right of Iwo Trzaskoma. RIQUELME FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 5 minutes into the game, Tiago Cordeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Iwo Trzaskoma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teofilo Florin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gabi Gol sped through RIQUELME FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iwo Trzaskoma. Elder da Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Ferdinand's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Gabi Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Iwo Trzaskoma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabi Gol in the 20th minute of play forced RIQUELME FC's goalkeeper Iwo Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Gabi Gol sped through RIQUELME FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iwo Trzaskoma. After a rather tough play, RIQUELME FC's Marco Sergi got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Gabi Gol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Tomasz Poniewaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Trzaskoma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Sergi kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Goianésia E.C's Elder da Silva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Goianésia E.C from getting a goal against them. Goianésia E.C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alberto Ferdinand 45 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-5. After the first half Goianésia E.C were leading 2-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gabi Gol made the kick off in the second half. Gabi Gol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iwo Trzaskoma having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, RIQUELME FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fulgencio Petrigai to maneuver through the defense. In the last second Iwo Trzaskoma throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gabi Gol in the 57thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Iwo Trzaskoma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomasz Poniewaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Goianésia E.C's Elder da Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Florin in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, RIQUELME FC's goalkeeper Iwo Trzaskoma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dagoberto Guimarães. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Gabi Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goianésia E.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabi Gol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iwo Trzaskoma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabi Gol in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iwo Trzaskoma saved RIQUELME FC from getting behind. Tiago Cordeiro scored 2-6 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iwo Trzaskoma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, RIQUELME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo De Filippo came free, but Iwo Trzaskoma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwo Trzaskoma came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Goianésia E.C's Arrigo De Filippo. But to his dismay, Arrigo De Filippo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. In the 85th minute, Gabi Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 87 played minutes Goianésia E.C got a freekick which was hit by Diego Almeida. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabi Gol in the 90th minute of play forced RIQUELME FC's goalkeeper Iwo Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to RIQUELME FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Jacobo Distiratsu hit a great ball. Goianésia E.C played a much better game than RIQUELME FC and deserved their victory. The RIQUELME FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
