Metodi Hadzhinikolov lost his temper 5 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Iwo Trzaskoma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grozdan Martinov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manol Bagalev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Iwo Trzaskoma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, FC Bourgas's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Distiratsu came free, but Varban Stoimirov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Bourgas getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Tenyo Dudovski hit a great ball. Teofilo Florin took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Varban Stoimirov. FC Bourgas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RIQUELME FC the free kick. 40 minutes into the match, RIQUELME FC's goalkeeper Iwo Trzaskoma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grozdan Martinov. After 41 played minutes FC Bourgas got a freekick which was hit by Lozan Baltov. After having played for 42 minutes, Saturnino Gau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIQUELME FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Gau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yanislav Zhalov in the 46th minute of play forced RIQUELME FC's goalkeeper Iwo Trzaskoma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

After 51 minutes of play, FC Bourgas's Manol Bagalev made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iwo Trzaskoma was left in no man's land by his defense there!
