The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to FC Barcelona getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Korneliusz Pawlak hit a great ball. Peter Torstensson's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hudiksvalls United's Ian Ekblom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Pawlak in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute, FC Barcelona's Korneliusz Pawlak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ian Ekblom. Ian Ekblom yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. If Sebastian Christoffersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian Ekblom was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Szymon Bugajski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 22 minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls United's goalkeeper Ian Ekblom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Szymon Bugajski. After 26 minutes Hudiksvalls United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tanek Zielinski who took care of the corner kick. Tanek Zielinski made a great header on FC Barcelona's corner, it was just that Hudiksvalls United's Ian Ekblom managed to reach the ball for a save. Klement Gonsiewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Ian Ekblom made a huge save. After 31 played minutes Klement Gonsiewski rounded Hudiksvalls United's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. After 35th play minutes Korneliusz Pawlak shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Ian Ekblom and just under the crossbar into goal. Ian Ekblom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Bugajski in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Hudiksvalls United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Lindmark to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Pawel Paciuszko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Ekblom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ian Ekblom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Bugajski in the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Klement Gonsiewski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Korneliusz Pawlak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Korneliusz Pawlak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Barcelona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 62nd minute, Szymon Bugajski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ian Ekblom was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 67 minutes into the match, Szymon Bugajski notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Hudiksvalls United's Ian Ekblom. Ian Ekblom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ian Ekblom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Paciuszko in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls United's goal looked a bit too open when Korneliusz Pawlak came free, but Ian Ekblom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Barcelona booed when Hudiksvalls United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Björklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Klement Gonsiewski in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ian Ekblom prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ian Ekblom came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Barcelona's Korneliusz Pawlak. But to his dismay, Korneliusz Pawlak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0.
