The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bertil Bollström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karol Kinic went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Bertil Bollström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fryderyk Orling, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Islam Slimani recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bertil Bollström. Islam Slimani showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 13th minute Nicola Zalewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Bollström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes of play, Mauro's Islam Slimani made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertil Bollström was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Fryderyk Orling kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bertil Bollström. That made the score 4-0 in the 17 minute of play. In the 21st minute, Islam Slimani made a precise shot to the right of Bertil Bollström. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When Mauro's Islam Slimani in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 28th minute, Islam Slimani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mauro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Fryderyk Orling scored 7-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bertil Bollström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Mauro's Stasio Przebendowski got a free kick in the 39th minute. Mauro's Lu Hong Qiang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doyle Brunson in the 40th minute of play. When Douglas Västberg fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's protests and gave Douglas Västberg a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Västberg. If Doyle Brunson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fryderyk Orling kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Nicola Zalewski charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicola Zalewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Islam Slimani to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Islam Slimani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Islam Slimani scored 9-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bertil Bollström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bertil Bollström should have stopped the shot. Bertil Bollström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Islam Slimani in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Islam Slimani in the 76th minute of play forced Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Bertil Bollström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Fryderyk Orling had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertil Bollström. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fryderyk Orling was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. After 86 minutes of play, Mauro's Islam Slimani made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lu Hong Qiang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Phil Ivey in the 94th minute. Mauro were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
