In the 8th minute of the match Marlin FC got a corner. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guaberto Quico ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Pablo Orti drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper. Arnaldo Darien made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Christer Sundin. 17 minutes into the game, Ignacio Derwin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Bertil Bollström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 20 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Calixto came free, but Bertil Bollström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Bollström came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Marlin FC's Aristides Ieltxu. But to his dismay, Aristides Ieltxu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Bertil Bollström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Guaberto Quico hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Ignacio Derwin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertil Bollström. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacio Derwin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 36 minutes into the game, Aristides Ieltxu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Bertil Bollström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bertil Bollström came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Marlin FC's Pablo Orti. But to his dismay, Pablo Orti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Bertil Bollström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Orti in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Doug Polk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marlin FC the free kick. In the 46th match minute, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doug Polk to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 47 minutes, Ignacio Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marlin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Derwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ignacio Derwin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Pablo Orti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Bollström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertil Bollström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Derwin in the 55th minute of play. Ignacio Derwin scored 0-10 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bertil Bollström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 62 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goalkeeper Bertil Bollström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Calixto. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Bertil Bollström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Derwin came free, but Bertil Bollström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Marlin FC's Pablo Orti ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bertil Bollström. Bertil Bollström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. After 73 minutes of play, Marlin FC's Ignacio Derwin made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertil Bollström was left in no man's land by his defense there! 77 minutes into the match, Aristides Ieltxu notched a goal, 0-14, to the right of Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Bertil Bollström. Bertil Bollström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bertil Bollström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Derwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the game, Guaberto Quico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-15. Bertil Bollström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bertil Bollström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Derwin in the 88th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK got a freekick which was hit by Phil Ivey. Bertil Bollström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Ieltxu in the 92nd minute. Bertil Bollström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Orti in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Guaberto Quico ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bertil Bollström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-16.
