The Bicicleta F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Bicicleta F.C.'s Segundo Feliu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Bicicleta F.C.'s zone, 박 즙 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Roderigo came out of the goal and 박 즙 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 김 백 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Sotil in the 34th minute of the match. Segundo Feliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. 김 백 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Segundo Feliu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 김 백 was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Segundo Feliu scored 0-5 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 김 백, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 조 화 to make the kick off.
