Melchester Rovers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After the first half Red Hawk Football Club were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Red Hawk Football Club made a substitution. Fix Romero replaced Frisco Carceles. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oriol Riera to strike the kick off in the second half. When Albert Franquesa fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Hawk Football Club's protests and gave Albert Franquesa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Melchester Rovers booed when Red Hawk Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Trabell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Jonasson in the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marc Lägdin in the 87th minute of play forced Red Hawk Football Club's goalkeeper Joaquim Trabell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oriol Riera took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Samuelsson. Patrick Samuelsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Oriol Riera who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Patrick Samuelsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Red Hawk Football Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
