Giorgos Kalabokis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 5thth minute, Franco Donatelli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Franco Donatelli made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Giorgos Kalabokis sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the game, Panionios MK's Valentinos Balaskas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franco Donatelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Franco Donatelli was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Valentinos Balaskas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentinos Balaskas really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Giorgos Kalabokis took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franco Donatelli. Franco Donatelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 27 minutes into the game, Panionios MK's Manolis Papacharalabous nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franco Donatelli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. If Valentinos Balaskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Donatelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giorgos Kalabokis went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The Panionios MK fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Panionios MK's Giorgos Kalabokis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 42 minutes into the match, Eleftherios Karaveris notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Sao Brasola's Franco Donatelli. Franco Donatelli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Manolis Papacharalabous had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franco Donatelli. Sao Brasola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manolis Papacharalabous was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentinos Balaskas in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franco Donatelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franco Donatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentinos Balaskas in the 55th minute of the match. Franco Donatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentinos Balaskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sao Brasola's Franco Donatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giorgos Kalabokis in the 60th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Anthony Tristezza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sao Brasola and the Panionios MK players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleftherios Karaveris in the 65th minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Franco Donatelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Grigoris Vasilas came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Panionios MK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grigoris Vasilas couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute Manolis Papacharalabous shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Donatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Panionios MK got a freekick which was hit by Giorgos Kalabokis. Alessandro Ursini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manos Partalakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Alessandro Ursini slotted it home off the left post making it 10-1 in the 70th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Sao Brasola's goal looked a bit too open when Manolis Papacharalabous came free, but Franco Donatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panionios MK's Valentinos Balaskas got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Kalabokis in the 81st minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Franco Donatelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franco Donatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleftherios Karaveris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentinos Balaskas succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 12-1. 89 minutes into the match, Valentinos Balaskas notched a goal, 13-1, to the right of Sao Brasola's Franco Donatelli. Franco Donatelli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 93rd minute, Alessandro Ursini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Panionios MK had played much better football throughout.
