Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Franky Dhollander got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, SK Dreigoten's Rolf Schellekens got a free kick in the 4th minute. 4 minutes into the match, SK Dreigoten's goal looked a bit too open when Semi Türkoğlu came free, but Jaques Schoolmeesters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Franky Dhollander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SK Dreigoten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Hakan Ilıca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franky Dhollander in the 11th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Jaques Schoolmeesters successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Çeliker Vecih got free with Jaques Schoolmeesters in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Karaelmas getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Paşa Ali Deryace hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Franky Dhollander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hakan Ilıca. Karaelmas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franky Dhollander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Jaques Schoolmeesters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semi Türkoğlu in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semi Türkoğlu in the 40th minute of play forced SK Dreigoten's goalkeeper Jaques Schoolmeesters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute of the match, Semi Türkoğlu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jaques Schoolmeesters saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hakan Ilıca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franky Dhollander in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Çeliker Vecih to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match, Cornelis Meys tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hakan Ilıca saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 57 minutes, Çeliker Vecih made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. SK Dreigoten's Jaques Schoolmeesters tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as SK Dreigoten's Cornelis Meys slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hakan Ilıca. That made the score 2-4 after 67 minutes of play. Jaques Schoolmeesters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semi Türkoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Jaques Schoolmeesters stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Çeliker Vecih's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. When Çeliker Vecih came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Karaelmas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Çeliker Vecih couldn't finish the play. SK Dreigoten's Fransesco Jenken was substituted for Johny Waegemans. After 90 played minutes Karaelmas got a freekick which was hit by Bulut Ushan. Bulut Ushan hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SK Dreigoten eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
