Goral Zywiec's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Teobald Lichniak took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ermegildo Ixona to make any attempt to save it. In the 6th minute, Kamil Dzik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hermengildo Lorencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Lech Domaradzki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goral Zywiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Lech Domaradzki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Ixona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teobald Lichniak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Ixona having to interfere. Estación Q.'s Ermegildo Ixona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachary Augustyn in the 17th minute of play. After some careless play in the Estación Q. defense, Zachary Augustyn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Ixona. The Estación Q. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Ixona should have stopped the shot. Leszek Pruss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Lorencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Telmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Leszek Pruss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lech Domaradzki made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 30thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ermegildo Ixona would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 36 minutes into the match, Teobald Lichniak notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Estación Q.'s Ermegildo Ixona. Ermegildo Ixona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ermegildo Ixona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachary Augustyn in the 39th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobald Lichniak to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Goral Zywiec's zone, Hermengildo Lorencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After having played for 66 minutes, Zachary Augustyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
