Bhagavan Gitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match, Sture Ström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ron Tomkin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Klintæus to make the kick off. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Charles Johansson as he didn't even see the shot coming. Baby Snakes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
