Hernan Loramendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Unai in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute Adrian Transito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron Tomkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ron Tomkin made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Eugenio Herrera sent off a good shot on target. Ron Tomkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Transito in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Cesar Montrell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesar Montrell hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Saturnino Ascencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron Tomkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ron Tomkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Transito in the 28th minute of the match. Hernan Loramendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Unai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Teofilo Unai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Loramendi was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Teofilo Unai scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernan Loramendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Los Golosos's goal looked a bit too open when İnanç Özben came free, but Hernan Loramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Prospero Cordarrol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Golosos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baby Snakes the free kick. Prospero Cordarrol kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Los Golosos's Hernan Loramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İnanç Özben in the 48th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Transito made a kick off. In the 58th minute İnanç Özben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Loramendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Saturnino Ascencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Golosos's Hernan Loramendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Los Golosos from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Baby Snakes booed when Los Golosos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Mouzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofilo Unai kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hernan Loramendi. That made the score 0-2 in the 69 minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match, İnanç Özben tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hernan Loramendi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After taking down the ball on Baby Snakes's corner Krasimir Balakov fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hernan Loramendi quite easily take care of the ball. In the 75th minute, Baby Snakes's Teofilo Unai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hernan Loramendi. Hernan Loramendi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Hernan Loramendi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Unai in the 78th minute. After 79 minutes Los Golosos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Krasimir Balakov who took care of the corner kick. Hernan Loramendi came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Baby Snakes's Teofilo Unai. But to his dismay, Teofilo Unai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 85 minutes into the match, Baby Snakes's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Transito came free, but Ron Tomkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ron Tomkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Ascencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by İnanç Özben in the 90th minute of play forced Los Golosos's goalkeeper Hernan Loramendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teofilo Unai might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hernan Loramendi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teofilo Unai ran back to his position shaking his head. İnanç Özben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hernan Loramendi stood somewhat misplaced when Teofilo Unai came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 93 minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Baby Snakes eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
