After 4 played minutes János Holzhauser rounded CSKA-LULIN's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Viktor Edelényi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Avgust Ilkov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Budapest's János Holzhauser was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 22 minutes into the game, FC Budapest's Miklós Fehér nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Avgust Ilkov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in CSKA-LULIN's zone, Viktor Edelényi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avgust Ilkov came out of the goal and Viktor Edelényi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Edelényi in the 30th minute of play forced CSKA-LULIN's goalkeeper Avgust Ilkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avgust Ilkov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from János Holzhauser went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Avgust Ilkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Edelényi in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, János Holzhauser notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of CSKA-LULIN's Avgust Ilkov. Avgust Ilkov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Botond Kutasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avgust Ilkov was a little too slow when Miklós Fehér got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by János Holzhauser in the 47th minute of play forced CSKA-LULIN's goalkeeper Avgust Ilkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trendafil Leshtarov made a kick off. In the 51st minute János Holzhauser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avgust Ilkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CSKA-LULIN's Avgust Ilkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Holzhauser in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute Miklós Fehér shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Avgust Ilkov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avgust Ilkov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Edelényi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Róbert Kállai in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by CSKA-LULIN's Trendafil Leshtarov. Miklós Fehér scored 9-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Avgust Ilkov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd minute, Severin Madzhirov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. János Holzhauser took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Avgust Ilkov. CSKA-LULIN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. CSKA-LULIN's Avgust Ilkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by János Holzhauser in the 66th minute of play. Miklós Fehér took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avgust Ilkov. Avgust Ilkov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. Avgust Ilkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from János Holzhauser in the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to CSKA-LULIN getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Severin Madzhirov hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Botond Kutasi made a precise shot to the right of Avgust Ilkov. CSKA-LULIN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. In the 87th match minute, FC Budapest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Edelényi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Edelényi in the 90th minute of play forced CSKA-LULIN's goalkeeper Avgust Ilkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Budapest's Miklós Fehér got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 14-0 when Botond Kutasi sped through CSKA-LULIN's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Avgust Ilkov. FC Budapest's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
