With a little luck, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Eustaquio Sengrat got control of the ball when Elian Benedicto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abundio Bastida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Toro in the 10th minute of play. Abundio Bastida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Oliverio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Eustaquio Sengrat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save LiBeRiA F.C. from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Villawalter City getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Cugat Incera hit a great ball. Anselmo Toro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abundio Bastida having to interfere. A collision led to Villawalter City getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Gerard Velasco hit a great ball. Abundio Bastida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Oliverio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villawalter City's Abundio Bastida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salva Moresco in the 25th minute of play. Eustaquio Sengrat made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Elian Benedicto sent off a good shot on target. Salva Moresco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abundio Bastida having to interfere. After 30 played minutes, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Hugo Leobardo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abundio Bastida came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LiBeRiA F.C. reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerard Velasco got free with Eustaquio Sengrat in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the game, Elian Benedicto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eustaquio Sengrat. Elian Benedicto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Eustaquio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Romero in the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Anselmo Toro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abundio Bastida was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Fidel Hartz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victorio Oliverio was the one to do the kick off. Villawalter City's Abundio Bastida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Villawalter City from getting a goal against them. When Baraxil Macías fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villawalter City's protests and gave Baraxil Macías a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Villawalter City getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Baraxil Macías hit a great ball. Eustaquio Sengrat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elian Benedicto, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Villawalter City's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Toro came free, but Abundio Bastida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abundio Bastida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salva Moresco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paolo Oriol charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paolo Oriol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Villawalter City booed when LiBeRiA F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Oriol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villawalter City's Alirio Puyol was substituted for Isaac Pantoja. In the 62nd match minute, LiBeRiA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Oriol to maneuver through the defense. Gerard Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Sengrat having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Victorio Oliverio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abundio Bastida. Villawalter City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorio Oliverio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 68th match minute, Villawalter City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waclaw Rosiewicz to maneuver through the defense. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Hugo Leobardo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Hugo Leobardo got a free kick in the 70th minute. Eustaquio Sengrat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerald Deulofeu in the 72nd minute of the match. The corner led Villawalter City's Gualter Romero to fire away a dangerous shot which Eustaquio Sengrat despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gerald Deulofeu kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Abundio Bastida came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by LiBeRiA F.C.'s Anselmo Toro. But to his dismay, Anselmo Toro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elian Benedicto in the 91st minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Eustaquio Sengrat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes Villawalter City got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Velasco. Hugo Leobardo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abundio Bastida. Villawalter City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 95th minute, Elian Benedicto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villawalter City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The LiBeRiA F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LiBeRiA F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
