Olav Westad was a little too slow when Iwo Czerniejewski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of KS Hetman Zamosc booed when Sagene IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Løland didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Rafal Daszkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olav Westad was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 13th minute, KS Hetman Zamosc's Florian Gardocki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olav Westad. Olav Westad yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Olav Westad successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Damian Dziura kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Sagene IF were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after KS Hetman Zamosc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tore Sæterdal took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Trojanowski in the 24th minute of play forced Sagene IF's goalkeeper Olav Westad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Tolek Majkowski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sagene IF's Carl Løvlien quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 33 minutes Sagene IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Damian Dziura who took care of the corner kick. Iwo Czerniejewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Olav Westad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Daszkowski came free, but Olav Westad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match, Iwo Czerniejewski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olav Westad saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 46 minutes into the game, KS Hetman Zamosc's Radoslaw Walczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olav Westad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rune Le to strike the kick off in the second half. Olav Westad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoslaw Walczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olav Westad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radoslaw Walczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Sagene IF's Ivar Stensrud got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rune Le did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-1 to the left of a surprised Arkadiusz Klucznik 57 minutes into the match. Arkadiusz Klucznik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Le, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Rafal Daszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olav Westad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 66 minutes of play, KS Hetman Zamosc's Radoslaw Walczak made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olav Westad was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Sagene IF getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jarle Thorsø hit a great ball. When Damian Dziura came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the KS Hetman Zamosc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Dziura couldn't finish the play. In the 70th match minute, Sagene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarle Thorsø to maneuver through the defense. Olav Westad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Czerniejewski in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Radoslaw Walczak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sagene IF's Olav Westad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Rafal Daszkowski made a precise shot to the right of Olav Westad. Sagene IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Olav Westad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafal Daszkowski went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Florian Gardocki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olav Westad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Czerniejewski in the 84th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Sagene IF defense, Radoslaw Walczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olav Westad. The Sagene IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olav Westad should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafal Daszkowski in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olav Westad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute, Tom Løland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KS Hetman Zamosc walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
