Spectators: 189 (Terracing: 143, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ulizes Sola got the match started through his kick off. Frankie Child made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulizes Sola in the 3rd minute of play. Dani Galiana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frankie Child read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Angelino Figueroa struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Walter Huarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arrows Academy FC. 12 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Walter Huarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Figueroa. In the 13th minute Arrows Academy FC were awarded a corner. Johnny Haxby went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Astillero del Guayas's goalie and right to Victor Stayton. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Astillero del Guayas's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Walter Huarte was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Phil Roy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Nicholas Sercombe hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Johnny Haxby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Arrows Academy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicholas Sercombe didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelino Figueroa got free with Walter Huarte in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 35 minutes, Jacinto Miruena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astillero del Guayas and the Arrows Academy FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacinto Miruena kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Astillero del Guayas getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dani Galiana hit a great ball. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Arrows Academy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Stayton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shaun Wadham made in the 43rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and George Broom immediately put the ball in play. When Jacinto Miruena was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. Jacinto Miruena hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Angelino Figueroa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Walter Huarte was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Figueroa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Angelino Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arrows Academy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelino Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walter Huarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelino Figueroa in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Huarte saved Astillero del Guayas from getting behind. Phil Roy scored 2-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Huarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62ndth minute of the game Angelino Figueroa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astillero del Guayas's Walter Huarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zarando Eguizabal's late challenge caught a Arrows Academy FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zarando Eguizabal helped the player get up and apologised. Zarando Eguizabal kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With his leg Frankie Child managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Astillero del Guayas's Paredes Campderros fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 65th minute of the match Astillero del Guayas got a corner. Arrows Academy FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulizes Sola ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Zarando Eguizabal managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 71st minute, Angelino Figueroa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walter Huarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Angelino Figueroa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Angelino Figueroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dani Galiana 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Johnny Haxby got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
