In the 8th match minute, ReD DeeRs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Egemen Canser to maneuver through the defense. After 9 played minutes, Svettkorvarna's Aron Tillman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fadıl Subutay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Svettkorvarna reached it. The supporters of ReD DeeRs booed when Svettkorvarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Bäckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edward Björkdahl charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edward Björkdahl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. ReD DeeRs's Hayrullah Yaygır was substituted for Mehmet Edip Taner. Edward Björkdahl hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes ReD DeeRs got a freekick which was hit by Feyyaz Tümenbay. If Edward Björkdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Edward Björkdahl's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fadıl Subutay was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The Svettkorvarna fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Svettkorvarna's Edward Björkdahl looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 45th minute Edward Björkdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fadıl Subutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ReD DeeRs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Svettkorvarna were winning 0-1.

ReD DeeRs made a substitution. Melih Özyurek replaced İbrahim Garipoğlu. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arif Egemen Canser to strike the kick off in the second half. Edward Björkdahl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fadıl Subutay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Svettkorvarna played a much better game than ReD DeeRs and deserved their victory. The ReD DeeRs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
