The American Top Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shawn Ashby should have stopped the shot. The Fear Of The Dark players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. American Top Team were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Sands stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Fear Of The Dark's goal looked a bit too open when Vaughn Dennison came free, but Talha Çağan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Robert Sands notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Fear Of The Dark's Talha Çağan. In the 83rd minute, Mustafa Barış Sanat made a precise shot to the right of Shawn Ashby. American Top Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-5. When the match was over American Top Team could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fear Of The Dark throughout the match.
