An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Sagasti in the 4th minute of play forced San Mauro A Mare FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Costacurta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 played minutes San Mauro A Mare FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Nazzari. Cordero Casuso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Anselmo Costacurta made a huge save. In the 14th match minute, Monitor Huáscar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Torne to maneuver through the defense. After 14 played minutes San Mauro A Mare FC got a freekick which was hit by Bianco Villa. Cordero Casuso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Anselmo Costacurta made a huge save. Johans Ortubia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Carulli went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Johans Ortubia came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by San Mauro A Mare FC's Bianco Villa. But to his dismay, Bianco Villa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 33 minutes into the game, Andrea Nazzari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Johans Ortubia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 played minutes Monitor Huáscar got a freekick which was hit by Turi Larrategui. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when San Mauro A Mare FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Andreola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cordero Casuso to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind San Mauro A Mare FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Costacurta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 52 played minutes San Mauro A Mare FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Rocco. Humberto Sagasti kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Johans Ortubia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Santarelli in the 61st minute of play. Johans Ortubia was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Diego Santarelli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diego Santarelli really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Steven Fortis replaced Benigno Torne. Johans Ortubia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bianco Villa in the 69th minute. A collision led to Monitor Huáscar getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Mauro Risel hit a great ball. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when San Mauro A Mare FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Nanni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johans Ortubia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bianco Villa in the 74th minute. Monitor Huáscar's Johans Ortubia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Carulli in the 75th minute of play. In the 75th minute Cristiano Carulli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johans Ortubia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Oxel Viñales came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Monitor Huáscar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oxel Viñales couldn't finish the play. If Oxel Viñales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 88 minutes into the match, San Mauro A Mare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Rivadeneyra-Gamonal came free, but Anselmo Costacurta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the game, Bianco Villa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Johans Ortubia. Bianco Villa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6.
