The audience thought a goal was coming when Octav Floruțiu got free with Dario Curti in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Octav Floruțiu charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octav Floruțiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of San Mauro A Mare FC booed when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Floruțiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pavel Iacob kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match.
