Nereo Emeterio came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ruh Lviv's Pylyp Vitvitskyi. But to his dismay, Pylyp Vitvitskyi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Myroslav Akymenko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nereo Emeterio was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. El Gallo de Moron's Nereo Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Myroslav Akymenko in the 30th minute of play. Nereo Emeterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mykyta Gvozdevych, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Nereo Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Myroslav Akymenko in the 37th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, El Gallo de Moron's Alfonso Tercero got a free kick in the 51st minute. Vyacheslav Androsenko, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 55th minute, Myroslav Akymenko reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nereo Emeterio. The goal made the score 0-3. El Gallo de Moron's Nereo Emeterio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save El Gallo de Moron from getting a goal against them. Nereo Emeterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Myroslav Akymenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute of the match, Myroslav Akymenko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nereo Emeterio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to El Gallo de Moron getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Romeo Timo hit a great ball. El Gallo de Moron's Nereo Emeterio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save El Gallo de Moron from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, El Gallo de Moron's Angel Tirso got a free kick in the 78th minute. Nereo Emeterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Myroslav Akymenko in the 80th minute of the match. Nereo Emeterio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Myroslav Akymenko's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, El Gallo de Moron's Raul Hori got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Pylyp Vitvitskyi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Nereo Emeterio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 89 minutes into the match, El Gallo de Moron's goal looked a bit too open when Myroslav Akymenko came free, but Nereo Emeterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nereo Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Myroslav Akymenko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mykyta Gvozdevych came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the FC Ruh Lviv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mykyta Gvozdevych couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded FC Ruh Lviv left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Gallo de Moron.
