But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dave Basso couldn't finish the play. After 6 played minutes C.A Huracan got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Dominic. The crowd rose to their feet as Dave Basso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dan Gheară. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Dan Gheară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Basso, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 18 minutes Made in Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Agustin Dantae who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Lê Gante almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Made in Honduras's Dan Gheară did a great save. Sven Skark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgardo Messias made in the 90th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Oswaldo Pineda. In the 93rd minute, Teofilo Dominic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 played minutes, Made in Honduras's Marcelo Flores shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sven Skark came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Made in Honduras reached it. After 96 minutes of play, C.A Huracan's Dave Basso made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dan Gheară was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. C.A Huracan fully deserved thier win.
