Erich Berghoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Ekström in the 28th minute of the match. Nils Eklund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Erich Berghoff when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Balus Treter's Erich Berghoff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Balus Treter from getting a goal against them. Martin Ekström scored 5-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erich Berghoff, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Team Xtra personell booed when Balus Treter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niko Töpfer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erich Berghoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Verner Näver in the 48th minute of play.

The referee ignored Balus Treter's protests and gave Ekpenyong Vogler a yellow card for diving instead. Ekpenyong Vogler kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match.
