Elixio Campomanes spun around in front of the goal 4 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's goal. Koldo Bermudez charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Koldo Bermudez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Koldo Bermudez hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Ümit Sarbay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Mustafa Necati Sıraç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elixio Campomanes in the 10th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tolga Esay during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Yorulan Defansa Gelsin getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Tolga Esay hit a great ball. Mustafa Necati Sıraç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elixio Campomanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Yaman Özcebe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Pais's late challenge caught a Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anibal Pais helped the player get up and apologised. Anibal Pais hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 35th match minute, Yorulan Defansa Gelsin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vahit Yurdaer to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Elixio Campomanes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mustafa Necati Sıraç. Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elixio Campomanes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Yorulan Defansa Gelsin players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FEOS FC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elixio Campomanes to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Yenal Demirer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yenal Demirer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd match minute, FEOS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benat Nadal to maneuver through the defense. Juan-Carlos Portillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirkelam Özben, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Ümit Sarbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan-Carlos Portillo having to interfere. After some careless play in the FEOS FC defense, Ümit Sarbay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan-Carlos Portillo. The FEOS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan-Carlos Portillo should have stopped the shot. When Tolga Esay was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. In the 66th match minute, Yorulan Defansa Gelsin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolga Esay to maneuver through the defense. FEOS FC's Meder Pujol took a good shot, in the 67th minute, which hit the crossbar above Mustafa Necati Sıraç's head, and flew over the goal. Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by FEOS FC. Yorulan Defansa Gelsin's Mustafa Necati Sıraç proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Yorulan Defansa Gelsin from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute, Yenal Demirer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Necati Sıraç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elixio Campomanes in the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FEOS FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
