The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Marília AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Vianna to maneuver through the defense. When Vânderson Travassos came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Marília AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vânderson Travassos couldn't finish the play. Marília AC's Luiz Guilherme Loureiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Marília AC from getting a goal against them. FC Gdansk36's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Iggi Kot in the 8th minute. FC Gdansk36's Iggi Kot was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luiz Guilherme Loureiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Marília AC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Tostão Pombal hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Piotr Kozlowski lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Luiz Guilherme Loureiro. After a rather tough play, FC Gdansk36's Cyryl Fedosz got a free kick in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeca Magalhães in the 20th minute of play forced FC Gdansk36's goalkeeper Stasio Zachemski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Guilherme Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iggi Kot in the 22nd minute of the match. Marília AC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Piotr Kozlowski scored to the left of an out of position Luiz Guilherme Loureiro, making the score, 3-0. Luiz Guilherme Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iggi Kot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piotr Kozlowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Luiz Guilherme Loureiro made a huge save. Przemyslaw Czerniejewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Luiz Guilherme Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When FC Gdansk36's Iggi Kot in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marília AC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Kozlowski got free with Luiz Guilherme Loureiro in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Piotr Kozlowski made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Tostão Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Piotr Kozlowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Iggi Kot put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Luiz Guilherme Loureiro. The FC Gdansk36 fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when FC Gdansk36's Iggi Kot looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 75 minutes into the match, Marília AC's goal looked a bit too open when Iggi Kot came free, but Luiz Guilherme Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Piotr Kozlowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Guilherme Loureiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After 85th play minutes Piotr Kozlowski shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Luiz Guilherme Loureiro and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 88th match minute, FC Gdansk36 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jurand Borowski to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Zeca Magalhães reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stasio Zachemski. The goal made the score 9-1. Luiz Guilherme Loureiro came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gdansk36's Iggi Kot. But to his dismay, Iggi Kot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1.
