João Francisco Silveira was slow to take the kick. During this time Ríver Late's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that João Francisco Silveira got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dráusio Siqueira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dráusio Siqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Echeverri in the 8th minute of the match. Ríver Late were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after WAU team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. João Francisco Silveira took the corner. The corner ended in João Francisco Silveira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but WAU team's Dráusio Siqueira did a great save. Dráusio Siqueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Echeverri's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Echeverri in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dráusio Siqueira saved WAU team from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, WAU team's goalkeeper Dráusio Siqueira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Echeverri. If Claudio Echeverri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th minute of the match, Claudio Echeverri tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dráusio Siqueira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 19 minutes into the game, Rafa de Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WAU team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ríver Late the free kick. In the 19th minute, Rafa de Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ríver Late's Claudio Echeverri in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye WAU team's goalie prevented a goal. If Baran Sarka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Echeverri might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dráusio Siqueira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Echeverri ran back to his position shaking his head. Dráusio Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Echeverri, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When Ríver Late's Claudio Echeverri in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Renan Fantini charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renan Fantini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Renan Fantini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Claudio Echeverri took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Dráusio Siqueira to make any attempt to save it. Dráusio Siqueira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Echeverri in the 40th minute. Claudio Echeverri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dráusio Siqueira having to make a save. Dráusio Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Echeverri, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Renan Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Dráusio Siqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Echeverri in the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudio Echeverri to make the kick off. Dráusio Siqueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Echeverri's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Ríver Late's Carl Skytt was substituted for Silvério Vargas. Ríver Late made a substitution. Emiliano Gai replaced Rick Haremeijer. After 63 minutes WAU team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was João Francisco Silveira who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in WAU team's zone, Baran Sarka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dráusio Siqueira came out of the goal and Baran Sarka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ríver Late made a substitution. Dimas Barrientos replaced Claudio Echeverri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Skytt in the 68th minute of play forced WAU team's goalkeeper Dráusio Siqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renan Fantini was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 71st match minute, WAU team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renan Fantini to maneuver through the defense. With 74 minutes on the clock, Mané Abreu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for WAU team! Ríver Late's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by João Francisco Silveira in the 77th minute. Adhemar Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovani de Salles having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Carl Skytt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WAU team's Dráusio Siqueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 87 minutes of play, Ríver Late's Emiliano Gai made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dráusio Siqueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dimas Barrientos took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dráusio Siqueira. Dráusio Siqueira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Dráusio Siqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Gai in the 92nd minute of play.
