After 3 played minutes Nacional de Rolândia got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Toscano. Nacional de Rolândia's Mats Nyman got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tobias Van Achtens kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. When Saul Jaen came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Nacional de Rolândia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Jaen couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Saul Jaen put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Van Bouschot. Victor Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu Bosmans in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Nacional de Rolândia's Saul Jaen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastian Van Bouschot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 26th minute Ailton Lira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Van Bouschot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, Nacional de Rolândia's Saul Jaen made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Van Bouschot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sebastian Van Bouschot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Mauro Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nacional de Rolândia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aslan Spor32 the free kick. After a rather tough play, Nacional de Rolândia's Mauro Ramos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Brend Van der Poorten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 35 played minutes, Nacional de Rolândia's Mats Nyman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sebastian Van Bouschot came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nacional de Rolândia reached it. 40 minutes into the match, Saul Jaen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastian Van Bouschot. Aslan Spor32's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saul Jaen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. With a little luck, Nacional de Rolândia's Victor Negri got control of the ball when Joris Cempenaers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mats Nyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Sebastian Van Bouschot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Aslan Spor32 booed when Nacional de Rolândia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vágner Paraíba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saul Jaen was the one to do the kick off. Gilberto Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ailton Lira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional de Rolândia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ailton Lira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Van Bouschot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Gilberto Furtado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Aslan Spor32's zone, Mats Nyman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Van Bouschot came out of the goal and Mats Nyman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Saul Jaen put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Van Bouschot. In the 72nd minute, Breno Siqueira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sebastian Van Bouschot. The goal made the score 0-7. Sebastian Van Bouschot stood somewhat misplaced when Saul Jaen came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 75 minute. Mats Nyman kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Aslan Spor32's Sebastian Van Bouschot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Jaen in the 82nd minute of play. Ailton Lira in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastian Van Bouschot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 90th match minute, Nacional de Rolândia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vágner Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Nacional de Rolândia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aslan Spor32.
