The referee ignored Randers A.F.C.'s protests and gave Hansmorten Wrang a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Randers A.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hansmorten Wrang. In the 19th minute, Thomas Nässén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kornelius Lynbek was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ernest Carstengren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kaj Rubaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Johnsson having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, Ocean´s Eleven was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Åke Lundgren to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Paulinho Guará hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the game, Eyvin Klarup was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Randers A.F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ocean´s Eleven the free kick. Elias Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Rubaun, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andre Baagland made a kick off. Randers A.F.C.'s Kornelius Lynbek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Guará in the 52nd minute of play. Ocean´s Eleven's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Randers A.F.C. the free kick. The supporters of Randers A.F.C. booed when Ocean´s Eleven was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulinho Guará didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ocean´s Eleven getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Paulinho Guará hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 68 minutes into the game, when Frederik Klimek put in a rough tackle. In the 69th minute Karl-Michael Anundsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kornelius Lynbek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Nässén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Randers A.F.C.'s Per Pasbøl got a free kick in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulinho Guará in the 84th minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Kornelius Lynbek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Randers A.F.C.'s Ernest Carstengren got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute Paulinho Guará shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kornelius Lynbek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Freddie Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ocean´s Eleven had played much better football throughout.
