In the 8th match minute, Berenjenas de Punto Fijo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barros Oliver to maneuver through the defense. If Ixidor Herquinigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 minutes of play, Defensores de Belén's Oliver Atom made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillen Piñera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guillen Piñera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Goizeder in the 18th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Goizeder in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillen Piñera saved Berenjenas de Punto Fijo from getting behind. Guillen Piñera was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marco Goizeder showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. After 25 played minutes Berenjenas de Punto Fijo got a freekick which was hit by Kaiet Ambrosio. Marco Goizeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oliver Atom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Defensores de Belén's Oliver Atom got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Marco Goizeder made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Guillen Piñera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Goizeder in the 40th minute of play forced Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Guillen Piñera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barros Oliver made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kaiet Ambrosio immediately put the ball in play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Venancio Asier during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Venancio Asier hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. David Johans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ixidor Herquinigo in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Elpidio Furtado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defensores de Belén's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berenjenas de Punto Fijo the free kick. Elpidio Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When Ramond Mascareñas came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Berenjenas de Punto Fijo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramond Mascareñas couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oliver Atom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Marco Goizeder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Guillen Piñera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's Guillen Piñera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Atom in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Defensores de Belén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Errapel to maneuver through the defense. Rolado Guixe made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Defensores de Belén's Paolo Errapel. When Rolado Guixe fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's protests and gave Rolado Guixe a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Berenjenas de Punto Fijo got a freekick which was hit by Rolado Guixe. Marco Goizeder scored 5-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guillen Piñera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Goizeder took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillen Piñera. Guillen Piñera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After 74 minutes of play, Defensores de Belén's Oliver Atom made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillen Piñera was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Berenjenas de Punto Fijo defense, Oliver Atom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guillen Piñera. The Berenjenas de Punto Fijo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guillen Piñera should have stopped the shot. Defensores de Belén's Venancio Asier managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rolado Guixe in the 87 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Atom in the 88th minute of play forced Berenjenas de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Guillen Piñera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oro Villalon in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Johans saved Defensores de Belén from getting behind. In the 95th match minute, Defensores de Belén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Furtado to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute of the match Ramond Mascareñas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Johans showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Defensores de Belén's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
