The Seraċini Għawdxin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Seraċini Għawdxin's Andrew Miggiani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Ledesma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Seraċini Għawdxin fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Seraċini Għawdxin's Robert Seychell looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arnaldo Ledesma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Seychell, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Robert Seychell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnaldo Ledesma. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Seychell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Robert Seychell scored 0-5 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Ledesma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnaldo Ledesma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Seychell in the 29th minute of play. Cayetano Lorencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Ledesma came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Seraċini Għawdxin's Andrew Miggiani. But to his dismay, Andrew Miggiani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After some careless play in the TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 defense, Robert Seychell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnaldo Ledesma. The TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnaldo Ledesma should have stopped the shot. When Seraċini Għawdxin's Andrew Miggiani in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goalie prevented a goal. 42 minutes into the game, Hector Odol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seraċini Għawdxin the free kick. 44 minutes into the match, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goal looked a bit too open when Andrew Miggiani came free, but Arnaldo Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Ledesma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Miggiani in the 47th minute of play. Arnaldo Ledesma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrew Miggiani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrew Miggiani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrew Miggianis short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Arnaldo Ledesma to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Robert Seychell's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arnaldo Ledesma firmly grabbed it by the left post. Giorgio Laferla was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 0-9 became the score in the 61st minute when Andrew Miggiani elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fulgencio Sengrat hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goalkeeper Arnaldo Ledesma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrew Miggiani. Richard Pavia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnaldo Ledesma came out and tried to block the shot, but Richard Pavia slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 67th minute. If Andrew Miggiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Seraċini Għawdxin booed when TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Danel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Robert Seychell took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Arnaldo Ledesma to make any attempt to save it. Arnaldo Ledesma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrew Miggiani in the 81st minute. Andrew Miggiani scored 0-14 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Ledesma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Juan Valerio got a free kick in the 89th minute. Robert Seychell succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-16. A well placed Robert Seychell short distance shot in the 96th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. The Seraċini Għawdxin supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Seraċini Għawdxin would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
