After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's Bernardo Correia got a free kick in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Baiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Elvio Pacifico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute Leandro Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Pacifico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Izaltina FAD's zone, Phil Foden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dráusio Oliveira came out of the goal and Phil Foden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elvio Pacifico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edorta Quintas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 25th minute of the game. One of CRIMINAL MAMBO:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Izaltina FAD:s goal. Roberto Paulista walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When Ronaldão Baiano came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Izaltina FAD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldão Baiano couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's Roberto Paulista got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Edorta Quintas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvio Pacifico was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 39th minute, Edorta Quintas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

0-5 became the score in the 51st minute when Ronaldão Baiano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Denílson Faria dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elvio Pacifico, 0-6. In the 68th minute of the match Leo Otsoko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dráusio Oliveira skillfully saved the ball. Edorta Quintas might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elvio Pacifico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edorta Quintas ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, CRIMINAL MAMBO's Elvio Pacifico got control of the ball when Leandro Alagoano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dalmacio Gombal hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Elvio Pacifico was a little too slow when Leandro Alagoano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-7. CRIMINAL MAMBO's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ronaldão Baiano 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. A collision led to Izaltina FAD getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Rui Moreira hit a great ball. The supporters of CRIMINAL MAMBO booed when Izaltina FAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, CRIMINAL MAMBO's goalkeeper Elvio Pacifico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edorta Quintas. When the final whistle sounded Izaltina FAD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CRIMINAL MAMBO.
